For me, this Challenge represents a marvellous opportunity to experience something (but not all) of the excitement of the original competitors in 1960.
I live a somewhat softer life on board a 46ft steel ketch but my real love is Chinita whose strong teak frames and hull, I know, will carry my weak flesh and blood for however long it takes!
